We’re committed to delivering original, thoughtfully crafted work to each of our supporters. Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle orders, shipping, and support:
1. All Sales Final
Most of our drops include limited or one-of-a-kind pieces, which means all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or you never receive it.
2. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement (if available). Email us at sinthetic.cult@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
3. Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.

4. Preorders & Art Drops
Some products, especially limited drops or preorders, may have longer fulfillment times. Any expected delay will be stated in the product description. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process.
5. Certificates of Authenticity
Collectors of original artworks can request a Certificate of Authenticity. It’s free—just cover the shipping. Proof of ownership is required.
