Sinthetic ships orders on Tuesday's & Thursday's every week. We ensure a timely delivery on all US orders. International orders are subject to delays depending on the current guidelines for international postal services. Stickers are included in every order, and each order is carefully packed to ensure a safe delivery. If an international package is returned due to an incorrect address, the order will be refunded minus shipping and handling costs. It is important to double-check the shipping address when placing an order, especially if you are using Paypal to check out.
Sinthetic had a .0046% return rate in 2021, however, this doesn't mean that defects do not happen. If you come across a rare defect, or are generally dissatisfied with a product, do not hesitate to reach out to email@example.com so that we can make things right. We accept returns within 15 days of your order arriving.
