We founded Sinthetic with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Shipping Policy

Sinthetic ships orders on Thursday every week. We ensure a timely delivery on all US orders. International orders are subject to delays depending on the current guidelines for international postal services. Stickers are included in every order, and each order is carefully packed to ensure a safe delivery. International packages that are returned due to an insufficient address will be refunded minus shipping & handling. Orders will be shipped to the address they are ordered to, so please be sure to input the correct shipping address, especially if you're checking out with Paypal.

Return Policy

Sinthetic had a .0046% return rate in 2021, however, this doesn't mean that defects do not happen. If you come across a rare defect, or are generally dissatisfied with a product, do not hesitate to reach out to sinthetic.cult@gmail.com so that we can make things right. We accept returns within 15 days of your order arriving.
