Sinthetic.shop is operated by Cody Tarantino and Ryan Meininger (d/b/a Sinthetic). By accessing the site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Store Policies.

2. Product Information
Many of our items are limited edition or one-of-a-kind, but not all. Each product listing provides specific details. Once a product sells out, it may not be restocked.

3. Order Policy
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is missing or arrives damaged.

4. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item is defective or hasn’t arrived, contact us at sinthetic.cult@gmail.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on availability.

5. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days.

• Preorders or special releases may take longer, and estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.

• Sinthetic is not liable for shipping delays outside our control but will assist in resolving lost packages.

6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, product designs, text, and media on this site are owned by Cody Tarantino and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Privacy
We collect only the necessary information to process your orders and communicate with you. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

8. Legal & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these terms will be handled exclusively in that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any updates.
